1. What are Green Aura candles made of?

All our candles are hand-poured with 100% natural soy wax and feature lead-free cotton wicks. We use carefully selected fragrances and eco-friendly materials to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn.

2. How long does a candle burn?

Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40–45 hours. To get the best performance, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and avoid burning more than 4 hours at a time.

3. Are your candles safe?

Yes! All Green Aura candles are made with natural ingredients and lead-free cotton wicks. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a candle unattended.

4. Do your candles contain allergens?

We use fragrance oils in our scented candles. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the fragrance description before purchase.

5. How should I care for my candle?

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Keep the wax pool free of debris.

  • Burn for up to 4 hours at a time for optimal performance.

  • Always place on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

6. Can I reuse the jar?

Absolutely! Our jars are designed to be reusable and recyclable. Once your candle is finished, clean it out and use it as a decorative jar, storage, or planter.

7. Do you ship internationally?

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

9. What if my candle arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@greenaura.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund your order.
