Returns & Exchanges:

  • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used candles cannot be returned.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged.
